摘要
蜂蛇胶囊为中药复方制剂,为了判断其对人体健康是否产生危害,本文进行了安全性毒理学评价.采用Beagle犬亚慢性毒性实验研究,实验数据判定,生理指标无异常改变,病理形态学改变为可逆性改变.结果表明蜂蛇胶囊对Beagle犬最小无毒剂量大于0.968g/kg/d,蜂蛇胶囊用于临床使用安全可靠.
Fengshe capsule is a kind of compounded preparation of chinese traditional medicine. In order to estimate whether the medicine is harmful to human being, it was necessary to make the toxic assessment. Sub-chronic toxic experiment on Beagle was used. According to the result of the experiment, there was no significant change in physiology index and reversible change in pathology morphology was also observed. The minimum non-effect does on Beagle was more than 0.968 g/kg/d animal proved that it is safe , Experiment of animal proved that it is safe.
