摘要
目的探讨儿科重症监护室(PICU)患儿父母的心理需求,为临床采取对策提供指导。方法采用随机抽样方法,对PICU 29例患儿的父亲、母亲的心理需求进行调查。结果患儿父母心理需求占65％以上的选项有:希望多和医生、护士交流;需要医护人员发挥最好的医术把患儿的病治好;希望解释病情,及时向家属通报病情变化。文化程度是小学和初中的患儿父母在此需求上有显著性差异(P<0．05)。不同职业的父母在心理需求上没有显著性差异(P>0．05)。结论抢救重症患儿的同时要注意重视患儿父母的心理需求:护士要加强业务学习和技能培训,为患儿提供精湛的技术, 并采用多种形式宣传健康教育知识,使患儿父母了解更多的疾病相关知识,减少患儿父母的负性心理。
Objective To investigate the psychological requirements of the ill children＇s parents in PICU and to supply clinic guidance, Method 58 parents of 29 ill children in PICU of children＇s hospital from Jul. 2002 to Dec.2003 were surveyed on their psychological requirements. Results The psychological requirements over 65% were as follows： communicating with doctors and nurses, thinking it most important for medical staff to cure the ill children with best technology, hoping that doctors explain the conditions of disease and give message of the change of the disease to them. There was a notable difference in psychological requirements between parents who graduated from primary school and those from middle school （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no notable difference in psychological requirements among parents with different jobs, Conclusion It is necessary to investigate the psychological requirements of the ill children＇s parents in PICU to adopt pertinent measure, acquire the cooperation of patients＇ parents and enhance the quality of nursing.
