摘要
决定自然气调包装(MAP)果蔬的贮藏寿命的主要因素是呼吸强度。本文通过对包装环境的研究,建立了预测果蔬贮藏寿命的数学模型,已成功地用于果蔬的自然气调包装。
The main factor effecting on the shelf life of fruits and vegetables in MAP is the respiratory strength.Some mathematical models are established based on the research on the circumstance of pac- kaging to estimate the shelf life,which makes the MAP successfull.
