摘要
讨论了包装薄膜、气体成份、贮藏温度对枇杷气调包装效果的影响，得出初步结论：用10～30μm厚 LDPE簿膜对枇杷自然气调包装，室温下保存期可达10天．8℃下冷藏，保存期可达30天．
This article deals with the effect of packaging film, gas composition and storage temperature on the result of loquat modified atomsphere packaging. The initial conclusion shows that loquat packagcd by naturally modined atomsphere packaging with LDPE film of 10~ 30μm can have a shelf life of 10 days under the ambient temperature, and 30 days under cold storage.
