摘要
从羧酸类接枝共聚物外加剂吸附作用机理和两性聚电解质溶液理论着手,设计和合成了一种掺量低、饱和点高、减水率高、增强效果好的两性羧酸类接枝共聚物超塑化剂。当掺量为0.2%时,减水率达到30%;掺量为0.40%时,减水率高达40%;增大掺量,减水率可以进一步提高。混凝土强度增长比较稳定,而且该共聚物能够有效改善水泥硬化产物的孔结构和大大降低水化热和温度,有利于提高混凝土的耐久性。
Based on dispersion and adsorption mechanism of carboxylate superplasticizer and polyampholyte solution theory, designed and synthesized was a kind of amphoteric carboxylic graft copolymer with low dosage, higher saturation point, higher water reduction, fine strength enhancing effects. Its water reduction could reach 30% at a dosage of 0.2%, be as high as 40% at a dosage of 0.40% and be even higher when dosage was further increased. Concrete strength development was stable and this copolymer could effectively improve pore structure in hydrated cement paste and also reduce rate of heat evolution and isothermal heat of hydration of cement paste.
