两性有机高分子絮凝剂的合成 被引量:32

摘要 本文研究了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺通过曼尼期(Mannich)反应合成两性聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂的反应条件,探讨了原料配比及浓度,反应温度及时间,聚丙烯酰胺的水解度等对产物胺化度的影响。研究了影响产物稳定性的因素和保持稳定性的方法。通过红外光谱,核磁共振碳谱明确了产物的组成和结构。用所得产品进行了部分应用试验,效果良好。 The reaction condition of synthetizing the amphoteric polyperylamide through Mannich reactionwere studied mainly with pertially hydrolyzed polyatrylamide. The innuences of the ratio and concentration of reactants,reaction temperature and time and hydrolytic degtee of polyacrylamide to aminat ing rate of the product were discussed. Factors of effacing steady property of Product and way of keeping steady property were studied. The structure and composition of the product were identified and ex amined by infrared spectrogram and NMR-C spectrum. Flocculation tests showed that the productproduct is a satifactory flocculants in wastewater treatment.
