摘要
结合大兴安岭某机场建设工程,采用快速冻融试验方法,对掺入不同比例AJF-6高效引气减水剂的混凝土分别进行0、50、100、150、200、250、300次冻融循环试验,测量试件的含气量、质量、相对动弹性模量,并对比研究AJF-6高效引气减水剂对混凝土抗冻性能的影响。试验结果表明AJF-6高效引气减水剂掺量与混凝土含气量关系近似为抛物线关系。为控制混凝土含气量符合要求,其掺量应控制在2.3%~3.0%之间,施工过程中AJF-6高效引气减水剂掺量宜比设计值增加3.0%。
Combining an airport construction project in Daxing'anling,do 0,50,100,150,200,250,300 freeze-thaw cycles test on concrete mixing different proportions AJF-6 efficiency air-entraining water-reducing agent with fast freeze-thaw test method.Measure and compare concrete specimens' relative dynamic elastic modulus with the DT-12 dynamic elastic modulus instrument to research influence of AJF-6 efficiency air-entraining water-reducing agent on concrete's frost resistance.The results indicate that AJF-6 efficiency air-entraining water-reducing agent can improve frost resistance of concrete and that the relationship between its content and air content in concrete seems to be a parabola.For ensuring air content in concrete meeting criterion,its content should be between 2.3% and 3.0% and its practical content should be 3.0% more than the design value at the construction field.
