概述了Cu/Mo复合材料生产技术的发展现状,通过对各种金属复合工艺的分析对比,指出了Cu/Mo复合材料生产工艺的发展趋势及方向。
The development of technology of Cu/Mo laminated composite was summarized in this paper. Furthermore, various methods of polymetallic fabrication were reviewed and compared, and their development trend was also surveyed.
