摘要
雾化沉积是一种新兴的快速凝固技术。本文首次将雾化沉积工艺用于镁合金的研制,获得的Mg-Zn-Zr-Y合金坯料具有微晶组织,其平均晶粒直径为10μm左右,致密度较高,孔隙率在10%范围内。经过随后的热轧达到完全致密化,组织进一步细化,从而改善了该合金的力学性能,与常规工艺相比较,屈服强度提高25%,同时具有较高的塑性(δ_(12)=18%)。
Speay deposition of metals is one of the new rapid solidification technology.The preparation of Mg alloys by using spray deposition has been studied in this paper,Microcrystalline structure was obtained in as-deposited products.The average grain size is about 10μm.The porosity of cast product is less than 10%.After hot rolling full compaction was achieved and grain structure was further refined.As a result the strength and ductility of alloy increase.As compared to conventional ingot metallurgy,the yield strength increased 25% and shows a high elongation of 18%.
