摘要
本文在20具40侧成人男性盆腔标本上观察了盆丛的来源、组成、形态、分支和分布。盆丛由腹下神经、盆内脏神经和骶交感于支所组成。盆丛可分为主部和次级丛二部分,主部分为二型,Ⅰ型为集聚型占25％;Ⅱ型为散在型占75％。由主部后方发支到直肠,由前和前下方发支到膀胱前列腺等部,这些支在所支配的脏器附近相互吻合成次级丛,再发支到相应脏器。
The origin, composition, shape, branch and distribution of pelvic plexus were studied in 20 male adult cadavers (40 sides) .The pelvic plexus is made up of the hypogastric nerve, pelvic splanchnic nerves and sympathetic fibers from the pelvic chain ganglia. The pelvic is divided into two parts: the primary part and the secondary plexus. The primary part consists of two types : concentrative (25%) and diffusive ( 75%) . The bladder and prostate receive their innervation fibers from the anterior and a n teroi nferior part and the .rectum from posterior part of the primary plexus. The fibers from the primary plexus form the secondary plexuses round the pelvic viscera.
