摘要
解剖了9例18侧女性盆腔标本,着重观察了盆丛与子宫颈癌根治术有关的子宫骶骨韧带、主韧带的关系。提出了在术中保留盆丛和减少并发症的方法,并与过去术中没有注意保护盆丛的效果作了对比.
Nine(18 sides)adult female pelvicspecimens were dissected.The relat- ions of pelvic plexus to utero-sacralligament and cardinal ligament of ut-erus,which were important structuresconcerned with radical hysterectomy,were studied emphatically.The met-hod and clinical advantage of reserv-ing pelvic plexus for reducing posto-perative complications were afforded.
