摘要
电子显微镜用于临床研究和诊断已有三十多年历史,但国内起步较晚。电镜在疾病诊断中所起的作用主要是:①光镜不能替代;②对某些肿瘤的诊断有其独到之处;③对某些疾病的诊断起决定作用;④电镜所获得的信息对光镜诊断结果补充或修正;⑤综合运用电镜技术可对临床疑难疾病作出明确诊断。当前,国内在行电镜诊断时,多依据单纯超微结构形态的病理资料。电镜诊断学是指除了常规超微结构形态病理变化之外,还应根据疾病发生的组织细胞学特征,采用综合电镜技术,对疾病作出正确诊断,特别重要的是建立电镜诊断学的标本制备常规流程及各类疾病诊断的特殊技术流程。
Electron microscope has been used in clinical research and diagnosis for more than thirty years,though its application in China was somewhat delayed. The main benefits of using electron microscope are: (a)it is superior to light microscope; (b)it is especially suitable for diagnosing some kinds of tumours;(c)it plays an important role in the diagnosis of some special diseases;(d)information obtained from electron microscope may complement or even revise the diagnostic results from light microscope;(e)using electron microscopic techniques compositely may help to make definite diagnosis for some clinically difficult and complicated diseases. Currently in China,electron microscopic diagnosis is usually based only on the routine pathological data of ultrastructure. However,in order to diagnose correctly,not only the pathological uhrastructure changes hut also the cytological and cytochemical features should be Considered. Most importantly,the standard preparing methods for diagnostic samples and special diagnostic procedures for various kinds of diseases by electron microscope must be established.
