摘要
电子显微镜用于临床研究和诊断已有四十余年历史，它在这方面所起的作用是重大的，现已成为临床疾病诊断中不可缺少的重要工具之一，并已建立了新兴的电镜诊断学。目前认为要发展电镜诊断学，必须加强三个平台的建设，走联合道路，组成相应的电镜诊断中心，做到优势互补，一定能为我国电镜诊断学的发展作出新贡献。
Electron microscope has been used in clinical diagnosis for more than forty years.The important impacts have taken place in this aspect.Now it has become a very useful tool in clinical disease diagnosis,and the new concept of electron microscopic diagnosis has been established. At present,people believe that in the development of electron microscopic diagnosis the three platforms must be strengthened:the instrument platform,the technical platform and the knowledge;and the corresponding central of electron microscopic diagnosis must be make up.In order to resolve the shortage of instrument and technique,we have to learn each other.We ought to make new contribution to develop electron microscopic diagnosis for our country.
