摘要
目的了解2000—2002年社区卫生服务站的财务支出情况。方法以抽样调查方法对全国在2000年及以前建立的224个社区卫生服务站进行资料收集。结果在社区卫生服务站支出结构中，药品所占比重最高，人员经费支出其次。结论社区卫生服务站的支出大幅度增加，过度依赖销售药品来弥补开支，从而影响社区卫生服务站的功能定位。
Objective To find out the condition of expenses in the community health service stations （CHSS） from 2000 to 2002. Methods The sampling survey was used for collecting the data from the 224 community health service stations in China, which were set up in 2000 or before. Results Among these stations, the expenses from drug occupied the highest ratio, and the outlay foe the stuff was next to it. Conelusion The expenses of CHSS increased so greatly that CHSS had to rely on selling drugs to balance it, thus influencing the function orientation of community health service.
