服用胺碘酮2例肺部毒性改变观察 被引量：1

摘要 胺碘酮为广谱抗心律失常药物，临床广泛用于治疗心律失常，由于其快速有效的作用，目前胺碘酮在我国应用比较普遍，虽其治疗效果优于其它抗心律失常药，但其毒副作用也较其它抗心律失常药多，其中较为严重的是肺和甲状腺的毒性，国内外有关胺碘酮引起的肺毒性的文献报告极少，以下报告2例服用胺碘酮后随访肺部改变。
