摘要
近年来中印关系出现了平稳的发展,双方高层接触日趋频繁,经贸联系不断增强,政治关系明显改善,安全与军事领域的互信建设措施继续得到维持。这些特征极大提高了对中印关系发展前景的预期。但与此同时,需要正视双边关系中的困难所在。鉴于尚未解决的边界问题、在地区与国际范围内形成的战略竞争态势等不确定因素,双边关系的稳定性和可靠性还有待进一步验证。从近期将来看,中印两国均需从战略高度重视对方的崛起,通过良性的战略互动维持两国之间的健康合作关系,尤其需要增进相互信任建设。密切相互间的接触、沟通和理解对加强战略意义上的信任建设至关重要。
Recent years see a stable development of Sino-Indian relations that has shown in regular engagements, exchange of high-profile visits, economic and trade interaction and border confidence-building. All this helps raise the expectation for the bilateral relationship. At the same time, however, one has to envisage certain difficulties and uncertainties for them to deal with each other in terms of the two Asian giants' ascendance and the probable nature of competition.
