摘要
近年来,"东向"政策在印度区域合作战略中的分量加重,印度区域合作战略重心"东移"态势明显。这一方面源于对外经济合作以及贸易发展的内在需求,另一方面则与中国快速崛起高度相关。在战略重心东移过程中,政治与安全利益诉求相较于经济利益诉求而言重要性不断提高,体现印度与其合作伙伴在制衡中国的目标上高度一致性。另一方面,印度区域合作战略东移仍受国家实力、国内经济政治形势、中美印战略互动以及南亚地区形势等多重因素的制约,其未来发展尚有待观察。
With the accelerated'Look East'thrust,the gravity center of India's regional cooperation strategy shows a clear trend of shift eastward.This shift,partially caused by inherent requirements for foreign economic cooperation and also relates to China's rapid rise.This process evolves with an increase of political and security interests compared to economic benefits,which suggests India's consistency with its partners in balancing China.Even so,to move eastward of India's regional cooperation strategy remains subject to its national strength,domestic political situation,and regional security environment.
