摘要 近年来研究证实异丙酚对缺血缺氧性脑损伤具有明显的保护作用,可能的分子机制包括异丙酚对脑内氨基酸神经递质及其受体、一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)以及对自由基等的作用。
