摘要
为了实现跨国经营目标,跨国公司在中国积极实施研发、制造、营销、品牌及人力资源等方面的本土化策略。本文从适应环境、降低成本、满足消费者需求、树立良好形象等层面对其原因进行解析,并阐述跨国公司在华本土化经营中存在的主要问题及思考,最后提出跨国公司的本土化对我国企业跨国经营的若干启示。
In order to realize their business aims, the TNCs in China are implementing localization strategies in R&D, manufacturing, marketing, brand and human resources. This paper analyses the causes of TNCs' localization strategies in China, such as adapting to local environment, lowering cost, satisfying consumers' needs, and setting up a positive image. Then this article sets forth the problems in the process of TNCs' localization in China, and probes into the inspiration for China enterprises' transnational business from TNCs' localization in China.
