摘要
发展民族经济已不是一个新鲜话题,外来企业本土化研究虽然已成果丰硕,但现实中要实现外来企业在民族地区本土化依然困难重重。文章利用多文化冲突以及系统化的观点来剖析这一问题,在对民族地区社会文化特征以及相关分析的基础上,考察外来企业的运营方式与当地政府的管理活动,认为与当地文化风俗的不契合及对社会问题割裂式处理导致企业无法在民族地区健康发展,并对此提出相关管理建议。
To develop economy in ethnic areas is no longer a new topic.Although the researches on the localization for external enterprises are fruitful,there are still many problems and obstacles existed in actual practice for the external enterprises to implement localization.From the viewpoint of systematic engineering subject and multicultural conflict,based on the analysis of the social culture characteristics and its issues in ethnic areas,this paper investigated the operations of external enterprises and the management activities of local government,then draws its conclusion that it is the incongruence to the local culture and the separate disposing way for social issues,which lead to the unhealthy development in ethnic areas for the external enterprises.At last,relevant management advices are put forward in order to solve these problems.
