摘要
外部经营环境的变化和自身经营方式的选择,投资青岛的韩国企业存在着一定的经营风险,认真分析和有效防范自身面临的潜在风险,是青岛韩资中小企业无法回避的问题。青岛韩资中小企业及时调整自身的经营战略,进行技术创新和本土化的努力;地方政府进一步完善相关法律法规,提高知识产权保护力度,提供便捷的融资渠道和宽松的经营环境,都是青岛韩资中小企业规避经营风险的有效方案。
Because of changing of external business environment and the choice of its own mode of operation ,South Korean enterprises investing and operating in Qingdao have certain risks, earnestly analyzing and effectively guarding against potential risk existing in iteslf are a question which the Qingdao Korean investment small and mediumsized enterprises are unable to avoid. For Qingdao Korean investment small and medium-sized enterprise, the following is effective plans to circumvent operational risk：adjusting business strategy promptly, carting on the technological innovation and localization;local govenment further consummating the related laws and regulations, enhancing the intellectual property protection, providing the convenient financing channel and the relaxed business environment.
