摘要
研制的ZWG-1润滑剂是一种含固体润滑剂微粒的水基润滑剂,微粒平均直径≤5μm,适用于钢帘线钢丝的高速湿式拉拔。拉拔出的钢丝与橡胶粘合力:2+2×0.25结构抽出力438N/根,3+9×0,22结构抽出力595N/根;润滑剂使用浓度低,拉拔性能好,体积分数为3%时即可拉拨,无磨合期,拉拔速度可达12m/s;模耗一般比HGR—1低20%-30%;适合于较苛刻的少一道热处理的电镀后拉拔工艺。
ZWG - 1 lubricant being developed is a kind of water base lubricant containing solid lubricant particle, average diameter of the particle is no bigger than 5 micron. The lubricant suits for speed wet drawing of steel cord wire. The cohesion between rubber and steel wire is 438 N per piece for 2 + 2 × 0.25 structure, 595 N per piece for 3 + 9 × 0.22 structure. The use concentration of the lubricant is low, drawing property is good, when the volume friction is 3%, drawing can be carried out, there is no running-in period, drawing speed can be up to 12 m/s; die consumption is lower 20% - 30% than that with general HGR - 1. It is also suitable to more rigorous drawing process after electroplating, which decreases a times of heat treatment.
