摘要
研究水基润滑剂对板料的拉深性能,采用探针方法测试拉深过程中的摩擦系数,并在不同压边力作用下,对水基润滑剂在拉深过程中的摩擦特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:在拉深过程中,水基润滑剂存在一个最佳压力范围,在这一范围内水基润滑剂的摩擦系数比较小即拉深性能好。当超过这一范围时,摩擦系数明显增大,拉深性能变差。
The Probe Testing Method is used to measure the friction coefficient in drawing process.With different binding pressure,the friction characteristic of water based lubricant in drawing process is studied experimentally.Extensive experiment shows that there is an optimal range of binding pressure for water based lubricant in drawing process.Within the range,water based lubricant has a small friction coefficient and good drawing performance can be gotten.Otherwise,the friction coefficient will increase obviously.
