摘要
随着子午胎技术的不断进步 ,钢帘线厂家为满足轮胎使用厂商的要求 ,研制和生产了许多新型结构的钢帘线 ,且不断改善钢帘线质量 ,特别是在提高强度及改善抗锈蚀和耐疲劳性等方面有许多工作要做。介绍国内钢帘线生产品种及标准 ,以及钢帘线各项性能对轮胎特性的影响。提出对钢帘线的镀铜和与橡胶粘合的要求 ,以及对钢帘线残余应力。
With the continuous growth of the meridian tyre technology,in order to meet the requirements of tyre factory,the steel cord manufacturing factories develop and manufacture many kinds of new structure steel cord.They continuously improve the quality of steel cord,particularly in such aspects as increasing the strength and improving the corrosion and fatigue resistance.To introduce the variety in China and the standard of steel cord,and the effects of each property of steel cord on the characteristics of tyre.Some requirements on Cu coating,cohesion with rubber,remanent stress,packing and other properties of steel cord are put forward.
