摘要
文章综述了超细铜粉的常用制备工艺及其应用前景,包括球磨法、气相蒸发法、等离子体法、γ射线辐照-水热结晶联合法、甲醛法、水合肼法、次亚磷酸钠法、硼氢化物法、抗坏血酸法等。通过比较认为化学法制备工艺相对简单,得到的铜粉纯度高、粒度细,值得深入研究。
The preparation process and application prospects of Copper powder were summarized, including ball mill, vaporization evaporation, plasma, γ diffraction irradiation-heat water crytallization, formaldehyde, hydrate hydrazine,sodium hypophosphite, sodium borohydride and ascorbic acid. compared with other methods, chemical method is a good one, because of its simple techniques and cheap cost. And more pure and fine Copper powder will be obtained. So it is deserved to be researched deeply.
