摘要
用硅烷偶联剂(KH560)、钛酸酯、硬脂酸对无定型纳米SiO2进行了表面改性,采用四球和止推圈摩擦磨损试验机研究了改性后纳米SiO2在20#机械油中的抗磨减摩性能。结果表明:KH560改性效果最佳,改性后纳米SiO2在20#机械油中实现了单分散效果;改性后的纳米SiO2,能有效提高润滑油的抗磨减摩性能,当纳米SiO2的质量分数为1%时产生的抗磨减摩性能最好。
The surface of SiO2 nanoparticles was modified with silane coupling agent(KH560),titanate and stearic acid.Its tribological performance when added to the base oil was evaluated on a four-ball tester and a flat-ring-on-block machine.Results show that the SiO2 nanoparticles modified by KH560 has a good disperse in the base oil.Compared with the base oil,the anti-wear and reducing friction abilities of the oil with the SiO2 nanoparticles are improved.When 1% SiO2 nanoparticles were added into lubrication,the b...
