摘要
文章在借鉴美国学者德怀特.希.帕金斯研究中国近代农村土地分配和租佃制度的方法的基础上,对传统中国社会中租佃制度对农业生产的作用进行了研究,通过对租佃率和租佃契约的内容以及性质进行分析,得出了在一定条件下租佃制度完全有可能对农业产出产生积极作用的结论。
In view of the American scholar Dwight H · Perkins＇s method concerning about the land distribution and land tenure system of China in 1368-1968, this paper studies the land tenure system in traditional Chinese society and its influence on the agricultural outcome. The analysis of the content and feature of the land tenure rent and contract reaches such conclusions that the land tenure system may have positive effects on the aggregate agricultural output under certain condition.
