摘要
运动零部件机械量的实时检测是机械测试中经常遇到的问题,困难在于信号的采集与传输,利用高集成度的芯片组成的单片机测试系统,体积小、重量轻,适合于安装在机器的运动零部件上,将测试信号实时存贮在存贮器中,同时也可用无线发送出去。本文作者介绍在凸轮机构动态特性测试中,使用8098单片机测试系统的细节。
There is some difficult to transmit the test signal for a moving machine part.Using the single-chip data collecting system,this problem can be solved.Due to its compactness and light-weight,this system is adapted to real-time signal recording and it can be used for wireless transmission.The principle and structure of this system are detailed in this paper.An example of cam mechanism test is illustrated.
