摘要
介绍一种变面积式电涡流位移传感器的测量原理，利用这种方法可以克服变距式电涡流位移传感器起始误差明显和线性度较差的缺点。同时，本文还给出了以８０３１ 单片机为基的测试系统软硬件设计以及应该注意的若干问题。
This paper introduces a kind of measurement principle withthe displacement sensor of area variable eddy curent. The method isused to eliminate the apparent original defect and bad linearity. Andit also presents the hardware design of measurement system with 8031single chip and several problems which should be considered.
