摘要
介绍了近年来新发展的基于微传感器的智能轴承技术。根据智能轴承系统的组成 ,该技术主要涉及四个方面的问题 ,即智能轴承机械结构的设计与分析、微传感器的设计与开发、信号采集与传输技术、故障信号的处理与分析技术。分别对智能轴承这四个方面的技术与发展进行了阐述。
This paper presents the technology of sensor-integrated smart bearing which has been developed in recent years. According to the composition of smart bearing system, this technology involves four main issues, viz. structural design and analysis for smart bearings, design and development of micro sensors, technology of gathering and transmitting fault signals as well as how to process and analyze them. The authors have summarized the technology and development of smart bearing through these four issues respectively.
