摘要
高等学校的建设和发展,核心是学科建设。新建高等师范院校学科建设存在学科结构不尽合理、缺乏健全规范的学科建设机制等问题,为此,必须以学科建设为核心,处理好学科建设与学校定位、专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍建设、科研等工作的关系。
The core of the construction and development of teachers colleges lies in the subject construction. There exist such problems in newly-established teachers colleges of four-year schooling as irrational subject structures and lack of sound and standard mechanism.
