摘要
发展科学,促进学科发展是当前政府建设理想社会的战略手段;大学通过人才培养、科学研究、社会服务与社会生活相嵌合;坚持教育改革开放,优势互补,建立起学校与社会和谐发展的关系,并以信息化建设为契机,深化改革,加快发展进程,是中医药大学科学发展的重要途径。
To enhance science and develop scientific programs is an endeavor for Chinese government to build a harmomous society. Colleges also play an important role in this respect through integrating personnel training and scientific research with social services and social life. The academic programs at the universities of traditional Chinese medicine should sustain the development only when the schools pursue open policies, realize their strengths and weaknesses, establish a harmonious relationship with the society, take advantage of information technology and accelerate the reform.
