摘要
作为党和国家全部工作重中之重的“三农”问题,在本质上是农民的权利和发展问题。它的破解之道在于从经济、政治、文化等方面彻底调整国家与农民之间的关系。
As the most important thing of all the Party and State＇ work, ＂three issues about agriculture＂ questions are the problem of farmers＇ fight and development in essence. The way to resolve them lies in adjusting the relation between the State and farmers from such respects as economy, politics and culture.
