摘要
从纵向的视角来看,可以将国家与农民的关系划分四种历时型模型,即传统社会中的国家与农民是一种四位一体、虚实双线关系,集体化时期国家与农民是一种四位一体、双边二元关系,改革以来国家与农民是一种四位一体、强弱双线关系,国家与农民关系的前景可能会演变成为一种三位一体、合作互动关系。在国家与农民这四种关系模型中,农民公民权的生长和演变有着不同的特点。
The country - farmer relation can be classified into four types from the vertical point of view, namely, the combing - four - factors - in - one - system and virtual - real relation in the traditional society, the bilateral dual relations during the period of collec- tivization, the strong - weak relation since China＇s reform, and the country - farmer relation may develop into a combing - three - factors - in - one - system and cooperative,interactive relation. The development and evolution of citizen right have different characteristics in the four models of country - farmer relation.
