摘要
中国农村的现代化直接影响着中国的现代化进程,国家对乡村的制度探索呈现着政治社会化的过程,法理型的制度 供给与传统宗族制度及政治文化存在巨大的差异,对农民基层的民主建设有着积极意义,它的实现是农村秩序转型的重要制度 保障。
The modernization of the Chinese village affects directly the modernization of the whole society, and the investigatation on the system Shows the process of the political acculturation. The system that is based on law is different from the traditional clansmen system. It has positive effect on promoting the grass-roots democracy and it is an important way to realize transformation of social structure in villages.
