摘要
目的:对不同程度慢性乙型肝炎病人肝脏组织中IGF-1及IGF-1R表达进行免疫组织化学法,探讨IGF-1及IGF-1R在肝纤维化不同程度的表达及分布。探讨细胞因子IGF-1及IGF-1R在肝纤维化形成中的作用,明确肝纤维化成因。方法:选择52例不同程度肝纤维化组织标本,采用免疫组化方法检测各个标本IGF-1及IGF-1R的表达及分布进行定位及半定量研究。结果:IGF-1阳性细胞主要定位于肝星状细胞及枯否细胞胞浆,阳性产物呈棕黄色,未见细胞核着色。IGF-1R的分布与IGF-1类似。IGF-1随着病理损伤的加重而逐渐增加,S3期和S4期IGF-1 水平明显高于S0期,与肝脏病理炎症程度呈正相关。IGF-1R的表达与IGF-1呈类似趋势。结论:在慢性肝炎肝组织中有IGF-1及IGF-1R的阳性表达。IGF-1及IGF-1R在肝组织内的表达强度与肝纤维化程度呈正相关。
Objective:IGF is a type of cytokine full of lots of functions; it can synthesize,adjust and control cells. It acts much promoting action in the different synthesis and up growth. Domestic researchers have studies the position cells of IGF-1 expression and correlated with the injury of liver in chronic hepatitis. By detecting the levels of IGF-1 and IGF-1R in every degree of liver fibrosis, this experiment tries to investigate the value of IGF-1 ,IGF-1R in form of liver fibrosis. Methods: 52 hepatic tissue samples with different degree liver fibrosis. The expression and distribution of IGF-1 and IGF-1R is detected by immunohistochemistry in hepatic tissue of all specimens. Results: The positive cells of IGF-1 expression increase with the injury of liver in chronic hepatitis. The expression of IGF-1R is similar with the expression of IGF-1. The positive cells of IGF-1 ,IGF-1R expression correlated with the injury of liver in chronic hepatitis(P〈0. 01). Conclusions:There is a high proportion of IGF-1 cells,IGF-1R cells in liver inflammatory lesions. The positive cells of IGF-1 ,IGF-1R expression correlated with the injury of liver in chronic hepatitis.
