摘要
目的:观察葡萄球菌激酶对大鼠颈动脉血栓的溶栓作用和特点。方法:通过电刺激法形成大鼠颈动脉混合性血栓,观察葡萄球菌激酶对血栓的溶解作用,同时测定优球蛋白溶解时间,纤维蛋白原水平,纤维蛋白(原)降解产物值(FDP),D-二聚体(D-D)值。结果:葡萄球菌激酶对大鼠颈动脉血栓具有明显的溶栓作用(46.8%);溶栓过程中优球蛋白溶解时间缩短,纤维蛋白原含量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),FDP值及D-二聚体值较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:葡萄球菌激酶具有纤维蛋白特异性的溶栓作用。
Objective: To study the thrombolytic effects of staphylokinase in experimental carotid thrombosis model in rats. Methods : Model of electrically stimulated carotid thrombosis in rat was used to observe the antithrombotic effect of staphylokinase. The euglobulin lytie time (ELT), level of fibrin degradation production (FDP), D-Dimmer (D -D) and flbrinogen in blood were assayed after intravenous infusion with staphylokinase and normal saline. Results: Staphylokinase decreased the weight of carotid thrombus of rats obviously (46.8% ) ; lessened ELT and increased the value of Fg (120μg/kg) (P〈0.05-〈0.01) in staphylokinase group compared with normal saline group. The levels of FDP and D,D increased (P〈0. 01) in every carotid thrombosis group compared with normal group. Conclusion: Staphylokinase possesses excellent thrombolytic effects on thrombus.
