摘要
从理论和临床实践两个方面综述了"脾气虚"与2型糖尿病的关系,认为脾气虚是2型糖尿病发病的基本病机之一,提出今后应进行动物实验,深入探讨脾气虚在胰岛素抵抗中的作用和特点,以揭示脾气虚导致糖尿病发病的具体病理机制,阐明健脾益气法治疗2型糖尿病的作用机理,找出疗效确切的中药和治疗方法。
From both theory and clinical practice,review the relationship of＂spleen qi deficiency＂and type 2 diabetes,consider that the spleen qi deficiency is one of the basic mechanism of type 2 diabetes.And propose in the future should be carried out animal experiments to study the spleen qi deficiency in insulin resistance.The role and characteristics in order to reveal the spleen qi deficiency leading to diabetes specific pathological mechanism,to clarify the mechanism of strengthening spleen and benefiting vital energy to treat type2 diabetes,to find the Chinese medicine and treatment which has exact effect.
