摘要
科学技术的创新推动着社会生产力的发展,科技型中小企业是科学技术推广和转化的活跃因素。因此,首先对科技型中小企业的界定和特征进行了描述,分析了影响科技型中小企业形成创新机制的因素。指出发挥科技型中小企业对于提高企业技术创新能力,增强竞争实力具有重要作用。
New ideas in science and technology promote the development of productive forces. Science and technology - oriented small and medium sized enterprises are active factors for population and transformation of science andtechnology. We described the definition and features of science and technology - oriented small and medium sized enterprises,and analyzed the infiuential factors for formation of innovation mechanism in science and technology - oriented small and medium sized enterprises. We conclude that superiority in science and technology of the small and medium sized enterprises plays a significant role in improving the innovation ability and increasing the competitiveness of the small and medium sized enterprises.
