摘要
水利部河北水利水电勘测设计研究院先后获得各种类型科技成果奖共159项，其中国家级10项，省部级78项，厅局级71项．科技成果水平达到国际领先水平、国际先进水平、国内领先水平主要表现在水利经济研究、环境水利研究、系统工程在水利水电工程中的推广与应用等27个方面．随之取得和开发了一系列科技成果与产品，如水资源综合开发利用技术、水利工程环境影响评价技术、测量技术的应用与研究、坝工设计技术、水闸工程设计技术、大型灌区及引（调）水工程设计技术等．集本院40多年之经验，关键在于科技兴院、人才为本．正因为如此，才创造了辉煌成就，增强了在市场经济竞争中的实力和地位，获得了显著经济效益、社会效益和生态环境效益．
There have been 159 science and technoloy achivements in the institute which gained from the state reward 10,Province or Ministry 78 and Bureau 71. Among 27 science and technology achivements have come up to leading standard at the home and abroad on water economic reaserch, environmental water reaserch and the dissemination and the application of systematic engineering for water resources and hydropower. Soon after,a series of tecnology achivements and prducts were acqired and developed. For instance,the technology of comprehensive developing Utilization for water reaserch,the technology of environmental influence assessent for water engineering, the application and reaserch for survey technology, the technology of submerged gage engingeering design, the technology for the large lrrigation area and water diversion works design, etc. In a world, science and technology promoting institute and regarding talent as foundation is the institute experience for 40 years. Therefore,many brilliant achievements have been created. They increased strenth and status of the market economic competition,achieved remarkable economic benefit,social benefit,ecological and environmental benefit.
