摘要
广西北部湾经济区要"积极发展创业投资企业",但却面临着市场缺损、市场机制不完善和制度缺失等方面的严重制约。本文结合开发性金融理论与实践,分析并提出了开发性金融是发展北部湾经济区创业风险投资市场的强力助推器,科学地规划和设计了开发性金融支持创业风险投资市场发展的资本投入机制、项目评审决策机制、风险管理机制、风险资本退出机制和工作保障机制。
Promoting the development of venture investment is a necessary part of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, but its development faces with many constraints, such as market exchanger＇s absence, market imperfections and institutional deficiencies. This paper analyzes and puts forward the development finance is the powerful roll-booster to venture capital development in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone according to development finance theory and empirics. Based on that, this paper does research on venture capital investment mechanism, the project evaluation and decision-making mechanism, risk management mechanism, venture capital exit mechanism and implementing process protection mechanism about venture capital fund market development supported by development finance.
