摘要
在分析多指标综合评价方法的基础上,构建了陕西省重点实验室评价指标体系,以24所省级重点实验室为评价实例,提出了一种将主成分分析与DEA模型结合的多指标综合评价方法。
With discussing the comprehensive evaluation method for many indexes, the paper constructs an index system to evaluate the Key Laboratory of Shaanxi Province, and presents an evaluation method unitized the primary component analysis and the DEA model with examples of evaluating 24 key laboratories of a province in China.
