摘要
针对蜗杆传动的特点,通过对蜗杆传动设计的过程分析,进行了设计变量的选取、建立目标函数和确定约束条件,建立了蜗杆传动的数学模型和求解优化问题的基本思路及方法,采用Matlab 软件中求解约束极小值的优化工具箱函数fmincon进行实例计算,得出了蜗轮齿圈体积最小的最优解,对降低产品生产成本具有一定的价值。
In respect to the characteristics of worm transmission, this paper establishes the wormdrive mathematical model and the basic way of optimized solution by analyzing the designing process of worm drive, selecting design variables, establishing the objective function and determining the conditions of restriction. Using Matlab software to solve the optimized toolbox function fmincon of minimum restraint and making demonstrative calculations, it succeeds in obtaining the optimized minimum solution to the volume of worm gear tooth. Such a study is of great help be cause it can reduce the production cost.
