摘要 将多目标模糊优化设计应用于普通圆柱蜗杆传动设计.以普通圆柱蜗杆传动的蜗杆头数、模数、直径系数为设计变量,以蜗轮齿冠体积最小,蜗杆刚度最大,即蜗杆轴的挠曲量最小为目标函数,建立了蜗杆传动多目标模糊优化的数学模型和求解优化问题的基本思路及方法.应用Matlab优化工具箱实现多目标模糊优化的算法,编写了实现蜗杆传动多目标模糊优化程序,得出最优解,与原设计方案相比,体积下降36.72%,蜗杆轴挠度下降了84.48%,显著提高了传动刚度. The multi -objectives fuzzy optimization method is applied to the common cylinder worm drive, which takes nodule, worm number and diameter coefficient as design variables and takes the minimal volume of corona of worm gear, the maximal stiffness of worm shaft ( the minimal deflection of worm shaft) as object functions. This paper establishes the worm-drive mathematical model of multi-objectives fuzzy optimiza.tion and the basic way of optimum solution. The arithmetic of multi - objective fuzzy optimization is realized by applying optimum toolbox of Matlab. The Matlab program to realize multi-objective fuzzy optimization of the worm-drive is written and the optimal minimum solution is obtained. Compared with the original design concept, the volume and deflection of worm shaft reduce by 36. 72% and 84.48% respectively, which obviously enhances the transmission stiffness.
