摘要
以蜗轮的有色金属齿圈体积最小为目标函数,并从设计经验本身、运动性能、边界条件等方面建立合理的约束条件,建立了蜗轮齿圈的优化设计数学模型。应用MATLAB遗传算法工具箱寻求全局最优解。优化结果表明,采用遗传算法能够快捷有效地对蜗杆齿轮进行优化设计,是对蜗杆齿轮优化设计的一种有效方法。
The minimum volume of worm gear non-ferrous metal ring is taken as the objective function. Reasonable constraints are established according to design experience, kinematic performance, and boundary conditions. The mathematical optimal design module is set up for worm gears. The results show that the genetic algorithms can quickly and effectively optimize the design of worm gears, which is an effective way to design and optimize the performance of the worm gears.
