摘要
采用高能表面处理技术在40Cr钢的表面制备出具有纳米晶体特征的表面层。用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究了表面纳米层的微观结构,并利用纳米压入法测定了表面纳米层的硬度。结果表明,经过高能表面处理后,样品表面层的晶粒细化为纳米晶,平均晶粒尺寸约为11 nm,表面纳米层的硬度明显提高。
A surface layer of nanostructure was formed for 40Cr steel by using high power surface processing (HPSP) technique. The surface nanocrystalline microstructure was studied by means of SEM and TEM. Hardness of the surface nanocrystalline layer was determined by nanoindentation. Experimental evidences showed that after the HPSP treatment, the size of all grains is in the nm size range (〈100 nm) with an average grain size of about 11 nm in the surface layer. The hardness of the surface nanocrystallized layer is enhanced significantly after HPSP treatment.
