摘要
通过高能量密度等离子体表面处理方法在Fe3Al表面获得纳米级微晶,显著提高了Fe3Al的抗高温循环氧化性能。实验表明,微晶Fe3Al在氧化过程中表面氧化物形核率极大提高,形成了微晶氧化膜。该氧化膜很薄,膜中应力很小,蠕变性能得到提高,微晶氧化物长大的同时松弛膜中一部分应力,因而具有极佳的塑性和粘附性。
The resistance to cyclic oxidation of Fe 3Al was obviously improved by a micro crystalline layer with grain size smaller than 100 nm obtained by high energy density plasma technique (HEDP). It was demonstrated that nucleation rate was extremely increased and a micro crystalline oxide scale was formed. Since this scale was very thin, the stress in the scale was very small. In the mean time the creep property was improved by micro crystallizing and growing of oxide. Therefore, this scale exhibited excellent plasticity and adhesion.
