冲刷腐蚀致纯铜表面纳米晶化的研究 被引量:1

Study of Erosion-corrosion Induced Nanocrystallines on Pure Copper Surface

摘要 利用透射电镜研究冲刷腐蚀纯铜试样的表面组织.结果表明,冲刷腐蚀后纯铜表面存在位错胞及六角形位错网络和纳米晶.纳米晶的形成机制为纯铜遵循六角形位错网络相互作用不断细化晶粒,最终由小角度晶界的亚晶逐步演变成大角度晶界的纳米晶. The microstructure of pure copper which was thinned due to erosion-corrosion was examined by transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results showed that dislocation cells, hexagonal dislocation network and nanocrystallines were observed in the sample.The formation mechanism of nanocrystallines is proposed that the formed hexagonal dislocation networks interact with each other and thereby gradually reduce the size of grains.Finally,nanocrystallines form by transformation from sub-grains with low angle grain boundaries.
