弓形虫淋巴结炎神经内分泌免疫网络的初步研究 被引量:2

Preliminary study on the neuro-immuno-endocrine networks in toxoplasmic lymphadenitis

摘要 目的通过检测降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和5-羟色胺(5-HT),探讨弓形虫对神经内分泌免疫网络的影响及其意义。方法应用免疫组化PicTureTM二步法检测淋巴结炎组织中的弓形虫与CGRP、ACTH、5-HT,将弓形虫检测结果分为阳性及阴性组,两组的CGRP、ACTH、5-HT的检测结果用统计学方法进行对照分析。结果50例淋巴结炎组织中16例弓形虫阳性.CGRP阳性标志物在两组中的表达强度大致相似,两者无显著性差异(P>0.05).ACTH与5-HT在弓形虫阳性组中表达强度增强,与弓形虫阴性组中表达强度差异显著(P<0.005)。三种阳性标志物在两组淋巴结炎中的分布大致相似,主要分布在副皮质区的T淋巴细胞、淋巴滤泡生发中心细胞及巨噬细胞等部位。结论弓形虫淋巴结炎CGRP、ACTH与5-HT的变化是弓形虫感染的结果,还是由于先有免疫抑制,后有弓形虫感染尚难定论,但提示弓形虫可能影响神经-内分泌-免疫,两者可互为因果,对弓形虫病的病程演变有一定影响。 In order to detect the expressions of calcironin gene related peptide (OGRP), adrenocorticotropin (ACTH) and 5 hydroxytryptamine (5”-HT) in the toxoplasmic lymphadenitis tissues and to explore the influences of Toxoplasma gondii on the neuro-immuno-endocrine networks, Toxoplasma gondii and the expressions of CGRP, ACTH, and 5' -HT in the lymphadenitis tissues were detected by the two steps method of PicTureTM immuno-histobiochemical staining. Meanwhile, the positive or negative group was determined by the presence or absence of T. gondii in the tissues, and the detection results of CGRP, ACTH and 5' -HT in both group were statistically compared. In 16 T. gondii-positive cases among 50 cases with lymphadenitis, the expression intensities of the CGRP-positive markers were almost similar in both groups without significant difference, while those of ACTH and 5' HT in T. gondii-positive group showed significant differences. The distributions of these 3 positive markers in both groups of lymphadenitis were more or less just the same, chiefly locating on the T lymphocytes in para-cortical region of lymph nodes, cells in the follicular germinal centers of lymph nodes and macrophages. From the above mentioned observations, it is still hard to determine whether the changes of CGRP, ACTH and 5'-HT in toxoplasmic lymphadenitis is due to the consequence of the T. gondii infection or the presence of immunosuppression and then followed by infection, but it suggests that the infection with T. gondii can influence the neuroimmuno-endocrine networks with a mutual relationship in causes and consequences, which would influence on the evolution in the pathogenesis of infection.
