摘要
应用高效液相色谱-电化学检测法(HPLC-ECD)测定大鼠用绵羊红细胞(SRBC)免疫后2~7天期间,脾脏和胸腺中去甲肾上腺素(NA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)和5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)含量的变化。结果表明,脾脏和胸腺中NA含量在免疫后第4和第5天均显著减少;脾脏中5-HT水平在第3和第4天明显升高,5-HIAA含量在第5和第6天明显增多;胸腺内5-HT含量仅在免疫后第6天显著增加,5-HIAA水平没有明显变化。以上结果提示,体液免疫应答可影响淋巴器官内单胺类递质的代谢。结合我们以前的研究结果:NA可影响脾脏T细胞的增殖,以及外周5-HT可抑制体液免疫应答,说明单胺类递质与免疫系统之间存在着相互作用。
In this study,we determined the changes of content of noradrenaline (NA),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid(5-HIAA)in the spleen and thymus of rats immunized with sheep red blood cells (SRBC) during day 2 to 7post-immunization by the aid of the high-performance liquid chrom atography with electrochemical detection (HPLC-ECD). The NA concentration in the spleen and thym us markedly decreased on day 4 and 5 after SRBC injection com pared with the saline-injected control anim als.The content of 5-HT and its metabolite 5-HIAA in the spleen sign ificantly increased,the changes of 5-HT on day 3 to 4 and the changes of 5-HIAA on day 5 to 6 after immunization. the level of 5-HT was markedly high only on day 6 and the level of 5-HIAA did not sign ificantly change during the an tibody response in the thym us.These results indicate that humoral immune response may influence the metabolism of monoamine neurotransmitter in the lymphoid organs.Our previous studies showed that NA can affect the proliferation ofT cells in the spleen and peripheral 5-HT may modulate the humoral immune response of rats. Synthesizing the data of investigation,we consider that the interaction exists between the peripheral monoaminc neurotransmitter and immune system,whiose meaning is keeping the homeostasis of immune function.
